VERY AWESOME!!!! My truck was picked up earlier than told, I was left a really nice loaner if I needed to use it. I was called and asked if i wanted my cab filter changed. My truck was brought back to me earlier than expected. It was washed and cleaned up. I feel like I was treated very well. Thanks

I was greeted warmly with an offer of coffee, water or soda pop while I waited for my car to be serviced. The work was done quickly, and I was given a list of things they checked in addition to the oil change and tire rotation.

Diagnostic appmt set, determination made, part ordered & obtained next day. Vehicle was back in for part install and work completed by late morning that day. The entire process only took approx 30 hours. Very professional & quick support, communications & service rendered.

They were wonderful. They made sure I had a loaner since the job was going to take several hours and I have an injury. The car was cleaned, which was wonderful. All in all they are great people and awesome to work with.

I was greeted upon arrival and my car was completed in a timely manner. PLUS when I was looking at a vehicle in the showroom, Matt greeted me by name. I was pleasantly surprised because we have only has conversations a few times.

Jamie Gohlke was the kindest and most knowledgeable person. We had a wonderful experience when we bought our new High Country. She knew about all the bells and whistles that came with our new truck and patiently explained it to us. She helped us set up the onstar etc…. She truly is an asset to Cliff Anschuetz Chevrolet.

All staff was VERY friendly, organized and helpful. The waiting area was relaxing and comfortable .

Had a flat tire on the way to work at 7 am, towed the car to the dealer at 9 am and my car was delivered back to me at work at 1pm. Couldn’t have asked for better. Anschuetz is consistently the best dealer in town.

Awesome service

I had a 9:30 appt (which I left work for) and I waited almost 2 hours! I forgot my coupons but the gentleman was kind enough to find a rotation coupon for me. It was a very expensive visit as I was told I needed 3 different filters and a wiper blade.

2.5 hours for an oil change was disappointing

I called when my temp gauge was rising. without missing a beat the team told me to come over and they would work my Tahoe in as soon as they could. They had a courtesy car available for me to use and took care of the situation within 2 days. GREAT team service.

Fast efficient reasonable price

Hood wasn’t aligned right, overspray on bumper, ac wasn’t working and never fixed right. Made a noise after hitting deer and Bryan said that’s normal. Sometimes it made noise but after a week it did it all the time on start up. He never took to the mechanic to even look at. I tried explaining to him it didn’t do it before the accident. It took him over a month to get back with me to try and fix the ac. Also from moving it around the yard from tire hitting front bumper took gashes out of my tire. Since my truck was making noise I traded it in and didn’t even check what you had even available because not real happy how everything was handled and no pride in workmanship unless someone complains and even then they want to argue with you. So next time I’m going to a different body shop. I’m sure nothing will be done because got sent one of these before and never heard anything back from it

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. They answer all my questions and work with me on ensuring the best service on my vehicle as well as getting value for my money. Easy to make an appointment. If any issues arise, they communicate with me. I highly recommend them for both service and in purchasing a vehicle. I have been a customer for over 35 years.

My 13 year old Tahoe finally needed to be majorily invested in to repair, or a newer vehicle had to be obtained. The team at Cliff-Anshuetz as always took the time to explain all options. The service team was great, Cody Lancaster took the time to show me used vehicles and new vehicles. We discussed all options, from repairing the Tahoe, or moving to a newer vehicle. In the end I purchased a 2026 Silverado. VERY happy with the whole experience in making a major decision. Never pushed or oversold. My questions were all covered and needs met. THANKS to a great experience and professionaly done.

Very professional and easy to work with for what I wanted. I would have liked to have been given a printout of the touch screen options and functions and the meaning of the symbols on the dash since I did not have this in my last truck to this extent. I do know that I can find them online though so I will look there.

I waited one hour and fifteen minutes for an oil change, which seems very long. I didn't receive the vehicle inspection report; I had to ask for it. The change oil message still appears on my dashboard display screen. I would have thought that would have been reset.

I really liked making my appointment online. Very easy to do and I could fit it into my plans.

Waited 2 and 1-2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. After this Amount of time I went to find out about my status and a blond haired lady who was very put out about my inquiry had to find my paperwork. When she found it she added wipers which I replace last oil change new brakes all the way around I addition they told me my battery was going bad the headlight I asked to be changed never was done and I was told they were too busy! Never ever again will I visit this dealership

Service personnel were good and the parts guy was very helpful on providing tire information.

I called the week before and made an appointment to get the oil changed and check on the parking brake had it for three days and didn’t do anything on the parking brake. Finally after the end of the third day I picked up my truck he lied to me and said that they were working on it. They didn’t even look at it. All it needed was the brake actuator.

They got me in to help fix my emergency transition right away. The service department quickly found a solution for me

Other than taking awhile. I was told the oil change would take and hour and the other work would take some time once they determine everything that needed to be completed and the entire time c would be about ,3 hours ended up being closer to 4. There was some confusion on parts that was quickly addressed.

Brandon was very helpful in restoring my backup guidance bars which I had unintentionally removed.

Happy with oil change and rotation, had an appointment scheduled, but almost an hour and 25 minutes is kind of slow.

Made my appointment by phone assisted by Justin. Routine maintenance (LOF and Tire Rotation). Showed up at the appointment time, checked in with Justin (First time meeting him) and took a seat in the Service Waiting area. It didn't seem very long and Justin returned with my truck keys and the invoice for the service. Very satisfied with the service.

You will not find a better group of folks to work with your every need.
